The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the proximity to Samara mall made our family stay very convenient. However, the bathroom decor felt outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet was super impressive, with fresh fruits, juices, and so many options for under 20 bucks! The room was cozy, but getting coffee during breakfast was kinda tricky since you had to ask a waiter, and sometimes they weren't around. Overall, a solid experience!

My kids wished there were more heated areas to dry off after swimming. A warm floor near the pool would be an awesome addition for families.
